TIMO Structural
based on Wolfram Mathematica*
Welcome to Timo Structural, an engineering tool for designing and modeling framing systems in construction, transmission towers, aerospace industry, shipbuilding and total machinery fields. The main differences in compare with existing software are:
  • Natural easy to use 3D interactive interface;
  • Absence of training period.
Lets stop on each of detected points of vision. It seems that applied software of the future will not consists of usual or traditional help documentation. Instead of reading large amount of documentation losing the most expensive thing in 21 century - time, good software must help us do other important work. More particularly it can to help user to be on one's own ground with all power of smart machine - PC, it must give to user ability to feel free in own field of interest. For example, as we suppose that Timo Structural is software for engineers and students in Civil engineering field we must try to place them on something like building area not at desktop computer program with innumerable amount of buttons and dialog windows.

Timo Structural - attempt to built such software with interactive communication where engineer will keep focus on applied field creativity tasks only not on learning software features and not on multilevel browsing through dialog windows and controls. Nevertheless Timo Structural needs on explaining most significant conceptual points only. It will presented in next sections.


Current version of Timo Structural provides linear static analysis for framing constructions.

Important Important

There is good known that Engeneering Society in different regions use common conceptual approaches at solution process of structural analysis tasks. But Standards in numerical analysis are varying. Therefore Crippling Effects took not into account. However TIMO Structural gives all data like internal stretching functions and appropriate numerical results for this research. Indeed Main Goal of TIMO Structural is general most accurate solution for farther final conclusions.
